Delivery and transportation

Items available are sent by post within approximately 48 hours (working days). Pre-order items are sent according to the date communicated on the product page and by email. Participation on your part is requested only once per order. TO NOTE : Marie Ngo Biboum & Anais Bufalo SASdoes not deliver its parcels to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or customers under guardianship, except with the written authorization of the parents or guardian.

Customs duties: Any order placed on the site and to be delivered outside the European Union may be subject to any taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination.

These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are the sole responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. To know them, it is up to the customer to inquire with the competent authorities of his country. These customs duties and any related taxes are in principle due directly by the customer to the carrier.

Return or exchange of goods

Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery note, within 30 days of receipt of your package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered to you.

Please attach the delivery slip to your package, encircling the product(s) concerned in a legible manner.
The return costs remain your responsibility except in the event of an error on our part.
Please note that panties that have been worn or whose label has been detached cannot be returned.
We recommend that you make a return with a tracking number to ensure that it is received correctly.
The refund period is a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the package. We do not offer exchanges.
